This training presents the keys to effectively support change as a manager. It is based on three essential pillars: sharing, co-constructing and acting. In a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, managers need to develop agility and resilience while maintaining transparent communication with their teams. The training emphasizes the importance of meeting the intellectual, emotional and practical needs of employees to facilitate their buy-in to change. The participatory approach and co-construction are presented as key success factors.
