Training Theme
This training presents a structured approach to supporting teams through organizational change. It relies on the curve of change to understand and manage the different phases of resistance (denial, anger, bargaining, decompensation). Participants discover concrete tools to communicate effectively, support their employees and promote acceptance of change. The training emphasizes the importance of transparency, active listening, and recognizing emotions. It provides a practical framework for transforming resistance into opportunities for positive change.
Training Objectives
