Training Theme
This training teaches the art of making clear demands and negotiating fairly. It begins with an exploration of personal challenges in the face of requests, then offers practical tools through a progressive approach. Participants learn to make regular requests (even small ones), to formulate their requests clearly, and to develop letting go of answers. The training also addresses two negotiation strategies: via proposal of interest or via alternatives. It concludes with practical exercises to unmask false demands and concrete examples of commitment to change.
