Training Theme
This training explores the phenomenon of Groupthink, a cognitive bias that pushes groups to seek consensus to the detriment of the diversity of points of view. Through the study of beetle and conformity biases, participants discover the dangers of a single way of thinking. The training offers concrete tools to promote the constructive confrontation of ideas, encourage the expression of divergent opinions and maintain a healthy balance between team cohesion and diversity of perspectives. The goal is to promote a culture of inclusion that truly values differences rather than erasing them in an excessive search for consensus.
