Training Theme
This training explores how to become a driver of change and innovation in organizations. It draws on real-world cases, such as the history of Bell Labs and Bill Coughran's vision at Google, to illustrate how innovative ideas evolve from "ridiculous" to "obvious." The training focuses on the essential qualities of a creativity facilitator: curiosity, courage, tolerance for mistakes, listening to feedback and patience. It offers a practical approach combining theory and exercises to develop one's ability to promote and support change, while cultivating an environment conducive to innovation.
