Training Theme
This training helps to explore the motivations and implications of the managerial function. It allows you to understand whether management really corresponds to your professional aspirations, through the analysis of the different reasons that push you to become a manager (evolution, autonomy, personal achievement, etc.). The training also addresses possible alternatives to management and the importance of a well-thought-out choice rather than a default one. It is based on concrete tools such as the career anchor questionnaire to guide reflection and decision-making.

- Clarify the reasons why you became a manager and what interest you find in it.
- Evaluate the benefits of holding a managerial position: autonomy, authority, career advancement, etc.
- Rekindle the sense of your managerial role by revisiting and/or expanding on the reasons for choosing this demanding function.
