Training Theme 

This course explores the concept of modern leadership by distinguishing between power, influence and true leadership. Through the equation "Trust + Vision + Motivation = Action", it presents the fundamentals of transformational leadership, which aims to develop leaders rather than followers. The training also addresses "shared leadership", illustrated by different organizational models such as holacracy or liberated companies. Participants discover practical tools to develop their own leadership style and learn how to create an environment conducive to the emergence of new leaders within their teams.
