This course explores the complex challenges of modern management, where managers have to juggle different roles and deal with often conflicting requirements. Through the image of the "managerial club-sandwich", the training dissects the multiple hats of the manager - from boss to facilitator - and presents the strategies to navigate with agility among these missions. It analyzes the evolution of expectations of managers since 1910 and offers concrete ways to develop a balanced approach to current managerial paradoxes, such as the need to promote autonomy while maintaining control, or to encourage innovation while ensuring stability.
