This training helps managers become influential leaders by transforming their traditional "good student" approach. It focuses on three essential qualities: digital fluency, artificial emotional intelligence, and cultural agility. Through concrete examples and practical tools, participants learn how to build a strategic vision, increase their visibility, and take calculated risks. The training emphasizes the importance of professional networks and provides strategies for developing leadership in an ever-changing environment.
