Training Theme
This training explores the dual skill of manager-mediator, which is essential for effectively managing conflicts in the workplace. It examines how to reconcile these two seemingly contradictory roles: the manager, who must achieve goals and make decisions, and the mediator, who must remain neutral and facilitate dialogue. Through the etymology of terms, practical cases and concrete tools, the training shows how to prevent conflicts while developing mediation skills. The emphasis is on the importance of clear communication, feedback and the promotion of shared values to create a collaborative work environment.
