Training Theme 

This 25-minute training explores the foundations of self-esteem through a mindful and practical approach. Using a self-diagnostic questionnaire, instructional videos, and interactive exercises, it helps to understand how we define ourselves through different mirrors and how to give ourselves intrinsic value. Participants discover concrete tools to filter criticism, develop self-awareness, and maintain healthy self-esteem, regardless of external judgments.

Training Objectives 

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Conduct a detailed self-assessment of one's self-esteem.
  • Define oneself through positive reflections to enhance self-image.
  • Understand the fluctuation of self-esteem and nurturing it accordingly.
  • Filter out criticisms and welcome those that positively reinforce self-esteem.
  • Analyze criticisms objectively without taking them personally.
  • Not let others determine our worth, taking control of our self-esteem gauge.
  • Consciously choose to give yourself value, independently of others or our past.
