Training Theme
This 15-minute training explores the foundations of strong and lasting self-confidence. It distinguishes between two types of trust: conditional trust, based on experience and successes, and unconditional trust, the result of a personal decision independent of circumstances. Through testimonies, an expert video, and practical exercises, participants learn to recognize the mechanisms of doubt, to develop their confidence, and to anchor it in the long term. The training concludes with concrete tools to take action and transform one's relationship with self-confidence.
