Training Theme

This training helps managers clarify roles and responsibilities within their team to foster autonomy and engagement. It presents three complementary approaches: traditional task clarification, self-governance, and mission-based accountability. The RACI tool is introduced as a practical support for a clear distribution of expectations. The training emphasizes the importance of distinguishing between individual and collective responsibility, while encouraging co-responsibility in the team. It provides concrete tools to manage sensitive situations and foster a culture of positive accountability.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Define clear boundaries of roles and responsibilities when possible and desirable.
  • Encourage individual accountability for an organic evolution of responsibilities.
  • Define missions and objectives to promote autonomous accountability.
  • Use tools such as RACI to clarify the roles and expectations of each individual.
  • Resolve disputes related to responsibility confusion in a mature and constructive manner.
  • Encourage co-responsibility of colleagues within a mature and committed team.
