Training Theme
This training explores the different dimensions of happiness at work and proposes concrete strategies to cultivate it. It begins by defining the concept through its three components (motivation, pleasure, satisfaction) and its dimensions (emotional, cognitive, social). It then identifies eight essential levers of action, ranging from the meaning of work to autonomy. The training is based on Maslow's pyramid to understand the basic needs in a professional context. It concludes with an analysis of the four factors of pleasure at work, demonstrating in particular that the content of work (56%) and relationships (32%) are predominant for professional fulfilment.
