Training Theme 

This training helps you identify the warning signs of professional stress through its four dimensions: physical (fatigue, sleep disorders), emotional (anxiety, difficult relationships), intellectual (loss of concentration, disorganization) and behavioral (change in eating habits, isolation). Through self-diagnostic questionnaires, educational videos and interactive exercises, you will learn how to spot your own signs of stress and how to implement concrete actions to regain balance and positive energy at work. Additional resources allow you to deepen the subject individually.

Training Objectives 

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Diagnose your stress signals (physical, emotional, intellectual, and behavioral) using a questionnaire.
  • Recognize emotional signs of stress: anxiety, sadness, worry, difficult relationships.
  • Detect intellectual signs of stress: loss of concentration, poor organization.
  • Identify behavioral signs of stress: changes in eating habits, aggression, social isolation.
  • Act with speed and self-love when faced with these physical, emotional, intellectual, and behavioral signs of stress.
