Training Theme 

This training offers a pragmatic approach to developing a constructive relationship with one's superior. It addresses the key aspects of successful collaboration: clarification of roles, mutual understanding of needs, effective communication and the ability to negotiate. Through concrete tools and scenarios, participants learn to move from a position of subordination to an adult-to-adult relationship, thus promoting an authentic partnership that is beneficial to both parties. The training encourages a proactive and responsible posture in the managerial relationship.

  • Create a successful alliance to collaborate better with your manager.
  • Find your place; clarify and differentiate roles and responsibilities.
  • Understand the needs of your superior to better adjust yourself.
  • Communicate your needs to facilitate collaboration.
  • Dare to contradict your boss and negotiate with him/her.
