Training Theme
This training addresses the problem of the feeling of being overwhelmed at work, by proposing a global approach based on awareness and behavioural change. It allows us to identify the constraining messages (drivers) that influence our relationship with time, and offers concrete solutions such as prioritizing tasks, delegating and managing breaks. The training emphasizes the importance of moving away from a linear view of time to a more flexible and efficient approach, while preventing the risk of burnout related to work overload.
