Training Theme
This training presents peer learning and co-development as collaborative learning methods in companies. It explores the fundamentals of peer learning: mutual learning, sharing of experiences, and positive interdependence. The training details the co-development process in 6 steps, making it possible to solve professional problems thanks to collective intelligence. Concrete examples such as the WEbox and the SNCF managerial community illustrate how to put it into practice. The focus is on creating a culture of continuous learning where everyone can take turns being a learner and a trainer.
Training Objectives
In this online course, you will learn how to:
- Use the collective intelligence of your peers to solve a problem or advance a project.
- Facilitate a team co-development session by following our 6 steps.
- Understand the respective roles of "client," "consultants," and "facilitator."
- Ask unbiased questions to better investigate an initial situation.
- Facilitate the expression of tracks, intuitions, feelings, ideas, and metaphors.
- Learn from your colleagues through Peer-Learning by sharing experiences and knowledge.

LEARN
- Expert video: Facilitating a co-development session, 4'06
- Presentation of the 6 steps and the different roles (facilitator, consultants and client) in a co-development session
- Quizzes and TRUE/FALSE on good practices in co-development
ANCHOR
- The WEbox platform: a concrete example of a community of managerial practices
- The example of the SNCF and its managerial community
