Training Theme
This training presents a 4-step methodology for conducting reflection meetings and participatory decision-making: catharsis, brainstorming, exploration and decision. Through examples of innovative companies such as Google, Semco or Patagonia, it shows how to involve teams in decisions. The training alternates theory and practice with expert videos, interactive exercises and concrete tools such as the character tree. The aim is to transform meetings into spaces for constructive dialogue where everyone can express themselves freely in order to arrive at collective decisions and clear action plans.
Training Objectives
In this online course, you will learn how to:
- Promote participatory decision-making, following the example of model organizations in this regard
- Host a reflection and decision-making meeting
- Start with Catharsis to encourage and liberate expression
- Conduct a Brainstorming session to gather ideas on the issue
- Encourage participation and authentic expression from all participants
- Explore ideas and delve into potential solutions, perhaps by working in subgroups
- Select the solutions to implement together and establish a clear action plan
Target Audience
Managers or project managers in a position to host meetings.
