Training Theme

This course explores the transformation of traditional management towards a management based on trust, particularly relevant in the context of teleworking. Through the example of MAIF and McGregor's theories, it demonstrates how confidence improves performance, reduces stress and increases engagement. It provides concrete tools to move from a "command & control" style to participatory leadership, while maintaining the balance between autonomy and follow-up. Participants learn how to develop trust, adapt their management style and create an environment conducive to innovation and commitment.
