Training Theme

This 25-minute training guides participants in the practice of self-empathy through 5 essential steps: welcoming what is, taking a step back with kindness, marking a time of silence, letting words and actions emerge, and taking care of oneself. Through videos, interactive exercises and practical tools, learners discover how to develop a healthier and more caring relationship with themselves. The training emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, non-judgment, self-care, and authentic self-expression.
