Microsoft Teams provides advanced options for organizing communication, files, processes, teams, and events in Microsoft 365. This course focuses on practical management tasks: scheduling messages, controlling information sharing, managing private channels, protecting and filtering documents, understanding Teams storage, and reusing document templates. It also covers workflows, RSS monitoring, approvals, shared channel calendars, team analytics, email-enabled channels, and secure team creation. The final part addresses Teams events, from choosing an event format and configuring policies to assigning roles, using the green room, moderating interactions, producing large-audience events, and joining an event.

Prerequisite and Target Audience

Target Audience: Microsoft Teams users who manage team collaboration, documents, processes or events, including team owners and Teams administrators.
Starting Level: Intermediate
Prerequisites: Have access to Microsoft 365 and be familiar with the common uses of Microsoft Teams, including chats, teams, channels, files and meetings. Administrative tutorials require a Teams admin role with the relevant permissions.
