Training Theme

This training explores how our perception of reality is shaped by three cognitive filters: selection, distortion, and generalization. It provides practical tools to understand and manage these mental mechanisms in order to break free from negativity bias and develop a constructive outlook on life. Through videos, exercises, and real-world examples, participants learn to adopt realistic optimism without denying challenges. The training also demonstrates the positive impact of optimism on performance, showing that a positive brain is 31% more productive.
