This 20-minute training teaches you how to effectively structure the first 5 minutes of a meeting using the SOPADERP method (Subject, Objective, Participants, Facilitator, Duration, Energy, Rules, Plan). You will discover how to captivate your audience from the beginning, create a participative and friendly environment, and lay a solid foundation for a productive meeting. Through concrete examples of ice breakers and practical tips, you learn how to engage participants and instill a positive dynamic from the start of your meetings.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Use SOPADERP to give structure and zest to the first 5 minutes of your meeting.
  • Conduct icebreakers to quickly engage participants and establish a team spirit.
  • Clearly announce the subject and objectives of the meeting.
  • Introduce yourself as the facilitator and announce your role.
  • Involve the participants by naming them and getting their reactions.
  • Propose rules to ensure shared values.
  • Announce and display the agenda to onboard the entire team.
