You will discover how to captivate your audience from the beginning, create a participative and friendly environment, and lay a solid foundation for a productive meeting. Through concrete examples of ice breakers and practical tips, you learn how to engage participants and instill a positive dynamic from the start of your meetings.
Training Objectives
In this online course, you will learn how to:
- Use SOPADERP to give structure and zest to the first 5 minutes of your meeting.
- Conduct icebreakers to quickly engage participants and establish a team spirit.
- Clearly announce the subject and objectives of the meeting.
- Introduce yourself as the facilitator and announce your role.
- Involve the participants by naming them and getting their reactions.
- Propose rules to ensure shared values.
- Announce and display the agenda to onboard the entire team.
