Training Theme
This 15-minute training helps you better manage your stress by identifying the 7 main stressors: loss, inconsistency/values, difficult relationships, daily annoyances, accelerated pace, external environment and fears. It offers a practical approach based on observing less stressed patterns, analyzing one's own stressors, and using 8 key questions to regain control. Participants learn how to develop personalized strategies to cope with stress by drawing inspiration from good practices and working on their perception of stressful situations.
Training Objectives
In this course, you will learn how to:
- Identify your stressors and their impact on you among the list of the 7 main stressors: loss, difficult relationships, fast pace, etc.
- Ask the right questions to better understand your stressors.
- Utilize a strategy of small steps and modeling to overcome stress.
- Manage contradictions in relation to your values.
- Shift your perception of daily minor annoyances.
- Escape any stressful situation using the 8 golden questions.

- Search for models
- Questioning the effective strategies of colleagues in the face of stress
- Examples of questions to ask models (difficult customer, uncertainty, relationships, adaptation)
LEARN
- Expert video: Coping with stressors, 6'47
- Presentation of the 7 stressors from the perspective of personal development and the 8 good questions to stop being subjected to stressors
- Quiz and TRUE/FALSE on the sources and management of stress
