Training Theme 

This training offers a comprehensive approach to releasing the pressure built up in the body and mind. It is based on three essential tips: release emotional tension, "ex-press" physical tension and take care of your body. Through videos, interactive exercises, and practical tools, you'll learn how to identify your sources of tension, express your emotions in a healthy way, and adopt daily practices to maintain your well-being. The training encourages personal awareness and provides concrete solutions adapted to the professional context.
