This course explores how to build and strengthen a positive identity by overcoming the limitations imposed by a negative self-image. Using the concept of the gravity effect of self-esteem, it illustrates how a negative image can weigh us down, while a positive one uplifts us. Participants learn to view themselves with fresh eyes, free from external judgments, by working on three axes: recognizing intrinsic qualities, prioritizing core values, and developing a positive identity aligned with personal talents. The training combines inspiring testimonies, practical exercises, and expert insights to foster lasting transformation.
