Participants learn to view themselves with fresh eyes, free from external judgments, by working on three axes: recognizing intrinsic qualities, prioritizing core values, and developing a positive identity aligned with personal talents. The training combines inspiring testimonies, practical exercises, and expert insights to foster lasting transformation.
