Training Theme 

This training explores the three sources that influence our emotions: the external environment, physical attitudes and thoughts. Through practical tools such as the Stress Causes Tree and self-diagnostic exercises, participants learn to identify their stress triggers and develop strategies to regain positive energy. The training emphasizes the importance of nonverbal communication, including the use of emojis at work, and builds on Epictetus' teaching to understand the impact of our thoughts on our emotions. Practical exercises help to anchor learnings and initiate change.
