Training Theme
This training addresses the five main obstacles to inclusion in the workplace: stereotypes and prejudices, denial of our prejudices, the Golem effect, the belief that diversity is enough, and the denial of fears about difference. Through instructional videos, interactive exercises, and case studies, participants learn how to identify and overcome these barriers to create a truly inclusive work environment. The training highlights the importance of going beyond diversity to achieve active and authentic inclusion, particularly in the context of telework.
