Training Theme

This training is inspired by Chinese philosophy to approach the management of emotions in an innovative way. She presents pain as a blocked energy that must be circulated rather than fought. Through the cycle of the 5 elements (fire, earth, metal, water, wood), you discover how each emotion is part of a natural cycle and how emotions generate each other. The training offers concrete tools to facilitate the circulation of emotional energy, thus allowing us to transform our relationship with "negative" emotions and to release pain.
