This training explores the benefits of an authentic inclusion approach in the workplace. It shows how an inclusive organization improves employee satisfaction and well-being, encourages the expression of talent, reduces self-censorship, and strengthens cohesion. Drawing on concrete examples such as Zappos and Michel & Augustin and on a McKinsey study, it highlights positive impacts on talent attraction, customer centricity, and employee satisfaction. Practical tools are provided to implement this inclusive approach.
