This 15-minute training helps to identify and eliminate the "time thieves" who are detrimental to our professional efficiency. It addresses the different types of distractions, both internal (procrastination, perfectionism, lack of motivation) and external (interruptions, meetings, conflicts), and offers concrete solutions to manage them. A particular focus is placed on the link between motivation and time management, with the 80/20 rule as a guideline: to be happy at work, 80% of tasks must be motivating. The training alternates theoretical content, practical exercises and advice on how to take back control of your time.
