Training Theme

This 10-minute training offers a structured approach to improving the effectiveness of team meetings through supervision. It starts by identifying common challenges such as overtime or lack of productivity. It then outlines the benefits of external oversight to analyze and optimize meeting processes. The supervisor observes the structuring of time, behaviours, tools used and roles. The training highlights the importance of involving the entire team in this improvement process and demonstrates the return on investment of such an approach. Practical tools round off the learning.
