Diversity does not automatically lead to better performance. This course explores how to turn diversity into a performance driver through inclusion and communication. She identifies the challenges of diverse teams and proposes concrete solutions: overcoming communitarianism, managing the discomfort of differences, and fostering energy, engagement and exploration within teams. Through practical cases and concrete tools, you will discover the 5 essential talents for multicultural teams to succeed: multilingualism, observation, adaptability, shared values and critical thinking.
