Training Theme

This course explores Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences and its application in business. It presents the 8 types of intelligence (linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, bodily-kinesthetic, musical, and naturalistic) and their equal importance in the diversity of talents. Through self-diagnostics, videos, and practical exercises, participants discover their own dominant intelligences and learn to value the complementarity of profiles in their team. The goal is to promote an inclusive corporate culture that recognizes and harnesses the richness of different forms of intelligence.
