The training encourages a non-violent and responsible communication approach to emotions at work.
Training Objectives

- Name emotions in Nonviolent Communication.
- Unmask judgments and interpretations hidden within an inappropriate expression of emotions.
- Take full responsibility for your emotions.
- Recognize emotional repression and its toxic effects.
- Trace back your tensions to understand the source of stress.

- Quiz on the usefulness of naming your emotions
- TRUE/FALSE exercise on internal states and the management of emotions
