Training Theme

This 20-minute training explores the management and expression of emotions in a professional context. It emphasizes the importance of going beyond the simple word "stress" to identify and understand one's true emotions. Through practical tools such as check-in/check-out and self-observation exercises, participants learn to recognize their internal states, express them constructively, and avoid emotional repression. The training encourages a non-violent and responsible communication approach to emotions at work.
