Training Theme

This training allows students to discover mindfulness as a tool to manage professional stress and improve their well-being at work. Inspired by Google's "Search Inside Yourself" program, it presents the scientific and practical foundations of mindfulness. Through concrete exercises and testimonies, participants learn to develop their presence, regulate their emotions and cultivate attention to the sensations of the present moment. The training provides practical tools such as mindful breathing and offers progressive support towards a regular practice of mindfulness.
