Training Theme

This 15-minute training helps participants optimize their meetings through visual aids. It underlines the importance of visualization to improve memorization (83% by sight versus 11% by hearing) and avoid cognitive overload. Participants discover collaborative tools such as Klaxoon and its alternatives, as well as the principles of visual management to promote engagement and co-construction. The training combines theory, practical examples and interactive exercises to allow immediate application in the professional context.
