This 15-minute training helps participants optimize their meetings through visual aids. It underlines the importance of visualization to improve memorization (83% by sight versus 11% by hearing) and avoid cognitive overload. Participants discover collaborative tools such as Klaxoon and its alternatives, as well as the principles of visual management to promote engagement and co-construction. The training combines theory, practical examples and interactive exercises to allow immediate application in the professional context.
Training Objectives

- Avoid cognitive overload by selecting relevant information.
- Create an effective (and streamlined) slideshow using impactful images and keywords.
- Engage both hemispheres of the brain to have more intelligent participants.
- Facilitate collaboration and co-creation during meetings using these visual digital tools.

- The importance of visuals in meetings, the risks of cognitive overload and co-construction in visual mode.
- Quiz: The trap of a visual aid in a meeting.
- TRUE/FALSE exercise on visual and auditory memorization.
