Through the history of the movement and emblematic figures, it demonstrates the evolution of mentalities since the 1960s. The training clearly distinguishes between diversity (having diverse profiles) and inclusion (the ability to fully value and integrate these differences). She emphasizes that while diversity is a fact, inclusion is a choice that requires the commitment of all. Practical tools and concrete examples allow participants to develop a more inclusive approach in their professional environment.
