Training Theme

This training presents a comprehensive approach to managing change in companies based on eight essential levers, both collective and individual. It addresses natural resistance to change through the metaphor of gravity and offers practical tools such as the partner map to measure team buy-in. Participants discover the importance of balancing the structural (organization, systems) and human (skills, motivation) aspects of change, while valuing the constructive expression of doubts. The training emphasizes that change is now permanent and requires an integrated approach involving all actors in the organization.
