This training teaches how to effectively analyze the impacts of a change decision before its implementation. It presents three complementary tools: the futures wheel to visualize the consequences, the impact matrix to assess the effects on the teams, and the McKinsey 7S matrix for a global analysis. The APID method (Predictive Analysis of Decision Impacts) is detailed in six practical steps. The objective is to enable managers to make informed decisions by anticipating the direct and indirect consequences of change, while preparing the necessary support for teams.
