Training Theme
This training explores the phenomenon of "covering" at work, the tendency to minimize certain aspects of one's identity in order to better integrate professionally. It examines how this behavior affects a majority of individuals, including 45% of heterosexual white men, and negatively impacts self-esteem and professional involvement. Through the Johari window and practical exercises, the training offers solutions to create an authentic and inclusive work environment where everyone can be their full selves, without having to hide aspects of their identity.
