Training Theme
This training explores the mechanics of stress through the spiral model, which highlights the interaction between our perceptions, internal states, behaviors, and outcomes. Through the example of Paul, a struggling salesman, we discover how negative thoughts can trigger a cascade of counterproductive emotional states and behaviors, creating a vicious cycle. The training offers intervention points at each level of the spiral to escape it: work on perceptions, manage emotions, adapt behaviors, and interpret feedback constructively.

- Activate the 4 levers of the stress spiral to easily escape from it.
- Modify your perceptions to have a fresh outlook on the situation.
- Transform your internal states to release the tension binding you to the situation.
