This in-depth training explores the fundamentals of building a high-performing, close-knit team. It is based on two major axes: understanding team dynamics and concrete strengthening of cohesion. The course begins with the study of relational intelligence and the phases of team maturation, before addressing practical aspects such as the management of power games and benevolence. The second part focuses on operational tools, ranging from the mapping of responsibilities to the digital-face-to-face balance, drawing inspiration in particular from the best practices of the special forces.
