Training Theme

This training explores the fundamentals of collaborative work and its benefits for both organization and individuals. Through expert videos, practical tools and interactive exercises, participants discover the conditions for successful collaboration: shared vision, open communication, valuing collective contributions and relevant use of digital tools. A participatory managerial approach and inclusion are fostered via tools such as the team "coat of arms".
