This training explores how to create a work environment conducive to well-being using the VAKOG (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory) approach. It offers concrete solutions to improve your professional space through 10 key aspects, from ergonomics to spatial organization. Emphasis is placed on the importance of natural elements, particularly plants, which increase well-being (+13%) and productivity (+8%). The training encourages a balanced approach between personal and collective accommodations, while emphasizing the importance of daring to ask for changes to positively transform one's work environment.
