Training Theme
This training explores the different strategies of empowerment (fear, pride, envy, compassion, admiration) that exhaust our professional relationships. It allows us to identify and understand the mechanisms of power games at work: manipulation, control of information, victimization, intimidation and flattery. Through videos, exercises and practical tools, participants learn to recognize these dynamics and to free themselves from them. The goal is to develop healthier professional relationships by ceasing to take or give power indiscriminately, to foster true collaboration based on personal accountability.
