Training Theme

This training explores emotional intelligence (EI) as a key to better communication and decision-making at work. Through a self-diagnosis of EQ and the study of the four pillars (self-awareness, emotion management, empathy, social skills), it allows us to understand the impact of emotional repression and proposes concrete solutions. The training emphasizes the importance of a safe work environment where the expression of emotions is valued. It provides practical tools to develop your EI and transform emotions into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
