Training Theme

This 20-minute training helps managers develop the essential skills for remote management in a VUCA world. It focuses on three key talents: effective communication, flexibility and team empowerment. Through videos, quizzes and practical exercises, participants discover how to maintain team cohesion, manage performance and support the well-being of remote employees. The training emphasizes the importance of active listening, constructive feedback, and balancing autonomy and support in a hybrid work context.
