Training Theme
This training helps to recognize and express one's difficulties at work in a constructive way. It addresses the importance of listening to physical and emotional stress signals, and encourages people to break the silence by relying on the right internal relays (managers, HR, staff representatives). Through concrete examples from companies such as Solon and Fiat, it shows how to implement effective communication on well-being at work. The training offers practical tools to identify needs, manage stress and express difficulties in a professional way, while preventing psychosocial risks.
Training Objectives
In this course, you will learn how to:
- Recognize and listen to your stress signals (physical and emotional) and discomfort at work.
- Be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty about feeling bad.
- Have enough self-confidence and trust in others to dare to reveal your difficulties and vulnerabilities.
- Dare to break the silence and intelligently express your challenges and requests to the right people.
- Use 3 speaking techniques depending on the level of difficulty you're experiencing.
- Become aware of your needs and express them before reaching burn-out.
- Use the right internal channels to prevent occupational psychosocial risks (managers, HR, staff representatives, etc.).
- Propose solutions to address the challenges encountered.
